Joe’s Jerky stands behind each and every one of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then we would like to hear from you. Please contact us with a detailed message expressing your concerns or call (315) 367-0237.  We will gladly refund  or replace the product minus shipping costs.  No questions asked.

How will I be refunded for my returned item(s)?
Joe’s Jerky  will credit you for the total purchase price of the product minus shipping costs. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. Otherwise your refund will be awarded in the same manner as the item was purchased.

What if I accidentally provided House of Jerky with the wrong ship-to address?
If for some reason you provided Joe’s Jerky with the wrong shipping information upon checkout and the order is returned to our warehouse then you are responsible for shipping costs associated with re-sending the order to the correct address.

What if my item was shipped and the packaging appears to be damaged?
We advise every customer to inspect his or her orders immediately upon arrival before the driver leaves. If package appears to be damaged you should contact that delivery service A.S.A.P. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until the order is deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved.
